Arts Arena will use the email address given to us for our Email List so we can notify our customers of product promotions. We will gladly take you off the list upon instructions to do so. Order Policy Placing an Order On-line Each product page contains the product description, packaging quantity, and prices. Once you have chosen a product and ready to place an order, you will be able to view your order in the shopping cart. You can continue shopping, make changes to your order, or checkout and pay for the product. After you checkout, you will enter your personal, shipping and billing information. There will be a drop down menu for various shipping options and rates after you enter your shipping info. Applicable tax will be automatically calculated. You may also place your order thru Yahoo! Wallet express checkout. Placing Orders from Alaska and Hawaii Please only select shipping method of 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Order Acceptance Customer receipt of email or other form of confirmation does not express our acceptance of the order. Non-acceptance might be due to credit card discrepancy, which will prevent us from shipping the order. We will give you a call if there is a problem with the order. Arts Arena reserves the right to accept or refuse an order for any reason. Payment Method Credit Card We accept only Visa, Master Card, ATM Debit cards, and Yahoo! Wallet. Please make sure to give us the exact billing address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please specify this on the on-line order form. Sales Tax Arts Arena will automatically charge and retain the applicable sales tax for all orders. Shipping Policy Shipping charges are based on the type of shipping service you choose, package weight and shipping zone. Arts Arena does not offer Saturday or Sunday shipping. We also cannot deliver to a PO Box address due to Fedex restrictions. All product deliveries require a signature upon receipt; there will be no exceptions. After you have decided on the product(s) that you would like to purchase, a list of shipping options and its prices will be included in the on-line order form after you type in your shipping information. 1 lb will be automatically added to the total weight for packaging. Reminder: Please specify if the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address. There will be a $15.00 address correction fee, if Fedex is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address. Another attempt to deliver the package will be made once we have secured the correct address. All other items are subject to 25% restocking fee upon refund. arts-arena.com must be notified for refund within 15 Days from the date of invoice. All refund will not include the original shipping cost. No credits will be issued until Arts Arena has received the complete returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost of the product returned to arts-arena.com * Please make sure all shipments sent back to Arts Arena are insured. arts-arena.com WILL NOT be responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. Products that have been damaged in transit will be replaced after we receive the damaged product. Please inspect the package first for any visible damage before accepting and signing for it. If there is visible damage, do not accept the shipment and file a damage claim with the Fedex driver. Defective products may be exchanged for the same or a comparable product or your account will be credited for the amount of the product plus tax. The Shipping and Handling fee and any credit card surcharges will be excluded on any credit that Arts Arena issues. arts-arena.com reserves the right to verify the defectiveness of the product once we receive it in order to issue proper credit or exchange. When returning a product, please make sure to package it in the original box and packaging that it came in including warranty cards, manuals, software and accessories. The invoice must also be included. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label. Returns will be refused if any of the materials are missing from the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning products to Arts Arena . Please contact us if further assistance is needed or for any questions on our return policy. Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is determined by Fedex undeliverable and returned to us, customers can request us to reship it by paying a new shipping cost, or customers can request a refund. Refunds will be issued for product cost only.
